The Red Ledger

Ryan Wang
After 17 years of investigative thinking, Junior Ryan Wang has come to the conclusion that his spirit animal is most definitely the coconut. Aside from the fact that he looks like one from time to time, he feels a deep connection with the mystical fruit. The coconut is known for its versatility: from being used in a variety of foods, to being a staple in the art of warfare. Much like the coconut, Ryan has many random talents as well, many of them proven useless unfortunately. His skills include professional ranting, dishwashing, and an abnormal appetite for boba. While he is a foodie at heart, he relies heavily on his microwave due to the fact that he is a terrible cook. He still plans on opening his lobster roll sandwich shop after college however, which will of course be fashioned with a few microwaves here and there. He is currently helping his cat (who is ironically named Kat) on her weight loss diet, while also setting aside time for other school related activities. He is actively involved in Speech and Debate, NHS, surviving his 5 AP classes, and of course, The Red Ledger. This will be Ryan’s second year on staff, and he looks forward to cornering more helpless souls in the hallways for interviews.
