The Red Ledger

James Mapes
Junior James Mapes is joining The Red Ledger for his first time this school year. When James is not writing, he is hanging out with his friends, driving his car down I-75 for no reason, feeling the breeze and blasting music, or he is playing video games intensely for hours on end. James’ family includes him, his three sisters, his parents and his two dogs–Bella and Sneakers.James is a weird person–he is an introvert as well as an extrovert. He listens to rap music, but at the same time he loves old classics like September by Earth, Wind, and Fire or Bring it on home to me by Sam Cooke. Overall, James is excited to be writing for The Red Ledger this year and hopes to stay on it throughout his high school career.
