Melody Quintero is an adventurous freshman who is ready to conquer high school and is excited to be joining in on the action in newspaper. She has some experience in writing and photography, but overall doesn’t do much as a human being. In fact, she’s a human disaster. She likes to draw and listen to music and talk about her quite embarrassing interests. Melody’s love of journalism stems from back when she was a news reporter for her elementary school. She tries to be outgoing and bold, but please excuse her if she isn’t. She just isn’t comfortable with the situation yet. This year, Melody hopes to improve upon herself and her writing, for she always wants to be better than she is.
