The Red Ledger

Coming into his second year on staff as a photographer, and after long nights of no sleep and borderline unhealthy amounts of caffeine, sophomore Matt Bolden has come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as an inopportune time to pause everything and get another cup of coffee. As an avid lover of coffee, if you see him and he's not holding a cup of steamy hot goodness, something is definitely wrong. In his freetime, Matt takes photos for The Red Ledger, practices his french horn, watches too much Netflix (primarily “The Office” and “Avatar: The Last Airbender”) and writes poetry for no purpose but to look “deep”. Even though his busy schedule consists of marching band and AP classes, somehow he finds a way to make time for friends, family and the love of his life, a 14 pound bundle of fluff and crackhead energy, who disguises himself as a shih-tzu named Bailey. As for the jumbled mess that is 2020, Matt is excited to see what new challenges await in this new chapter of life.
