Senior Caroline Dolberry is excited for her third year on TRL and second year as Photo Editor. Dolberry enjoys running on the cross country team and high jumping on the track team. You will often find her at Celebration Park running with her team. Other than sports, Dolberry is involved in her church and in the NHS. She loves spending time with her friends, playing with her dog and definitely eating at Chipotle. She can’t wait for her last year on The Red Ledger!

Juniors Caden Gary and Will Carlson run side by side in the 1600 meter race. The boys team scored eight points at the meet.

Junior Will Carlson starts his last lap in the 1600 meter race. Carlson placed ninth in the State running 4:31.12.

Senior Sara Morefield gets set to run the mile. Morefield placed fourth in the state running 4:59.95.

Sophomore Camryn Benson and Senior Sara Morefield run the 1600 meter race. The two placed fourth and sixth scoring five points for the team.

Junior Devin Muaina runs the 800 meter race. Muaina placed ninth with a time of 1:56.57.

Juniors Ethan Murray and EJ Morrow fight for their last 300 of the 800 meter JV race. Murray and Morrow placed 1st and 2nd at the District meet.

First responders take procedures to take care of three passengers. The simulation was for juniors and seniors.

Junior Breeana Hoffman, junior Aeva Haas, and senior Lauren Dolberry walk out to the pep rally. They walked out with the rest of the Girls Varsity Basketball team.

The majestics perform a dance routine at the pep rally. The team is directed by Jacklyn Simone.

Senior Avery Hammett dances at the pep rally. There is only one more pep rally for the school year.

The Acapella choir sings at the pep rally. The singers are directed by choir teacher Kelly Martin.

Junior Lilly Kraus sings with the Acapella group. Kraus is apart of the Track and Cross Country teams as well.

Junior Rachel Dobbs does a chant with the cheerleaders. The team placed fifth in the state this year.

Senior Ava Hempkins cheers with the team. The cheerleaders performed the chant at this years State competition.

Senior cheer captain Addison Smith cheers with a megaphone at the pep rally. The pep took place on Friday, January 25th.

Junior Audrey Bowling dances as a "jitterbug" during a song performed by theatre at the pep rally. The theatre performed "The Wizard of Oz" this past weekend.

Senior Addison Smith does the alma matter. This is done by the school at the end of every pep rally.

Junior no. 23 Luke Lytle drives to the basket. The team is ranked 6th in the District.

The boys team stands for the national anthem. The team has a 7-11 record.

Junior no. 1 Tate Ziemkiwicz high fives the team as they announce the roster before the game. The team won the game.

Junior no. 33 Breeanna Hoffman shoots the ball. Hoffman is also an FCA leader at Lovejoy.

Senior no. 4 Lauren Dolberry shoots the ball over a defender. The call was a charge.

Sophomore no. 42 Peyton Novicke looks to drive to the basket. This is Novicke's second year on Varsity.

The girls team gets in a huddle during a timeout. The team will played Mckinney North last night.

Head coach Chris Ross recognizes the seniors after the game. These seniors are the winningest class in Lovejoy history, going 28-2 in total district games.

The team runs out of the tunnel at the start of the game. The score was 21-0 at the end of the first half.

Junior tight end no. 12 Bear Tenney runs the ball up the feild for a touchdown. Tenney had 69 receiving yards.

Football coach Riley Donovan calls a play. The team will play South Oak Cliff this Saturday.
