Texas Stampede to take over Allen Event Center

The Allen Event Center will soon be the site of one of the top rodeos in Texas as “The Tom Thumb Texas Stampede” is set for November 8-10.

Texas Stampede is once again partnering with the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association making this year’s event a fully sanctioned PRCA rodeo.  There will be three performances of Bull Riding, Saddle Bronc Riding, Team Roping, Steer Wrestling, Bareback Riding, Tie-Down roping and Barrel Racing.

In addition to the rodeo, the stampede will include the Western Heritage Festival and the Miss Stampede beauty pageant, where adolescent teens perform to impress judges from all over the state.

Tickets can be purchased at the Allen Event Center box office or at ticketmaster.com.

Abby Martin is a freshman at Lovejoy High School. Despite her small stature, Abby can eat her weight in bacon and Wheat Thins. She loves going to Rangers games and supporting her favorite team. Ask Abby any Disney question and she will quickly and gladly answer. Abby has a rather large personality, all bundled inside a four foot nine body. Abby enjoys eating bacon and PICKLES.
