Savor the flavors of Savour

When going out to eat, some adventurous people want to try something not seen in your typical American Restaurant. That’s when Savour in Watters Creek comes in handy.

“Savour Tasting Room and Social Club” consists of many things outside of the safety zone some Americans call a hamburger. It’s a place that really lets a dineru step outside of their comfort zone in food. The food comes in categories like “Mediterranean”, “Latin Fire” and “American and Continental Tasting and Share Plates”; along with a “Specialties” section containing many diverse choices like Fish Tacos, Angel Hair Pasta, and a lot of chicken.

Savour is perfect for those get-togethers with a group of friends. A recommendation for a group of friends would be the Duck Quesadillas and the Greek Pizza (it’s topped with lamb). All of these things come at a reasonable price for what diners are getting, which is a lot of delicious food that’ll leaves one satisfied and feeling fatter than on Thanksgiving Day.

Now the service at Savour isn’t ace, but it’s no worse than service at any other restaurant. They forget silverware, drink orders, etc. But hey, they bring the food out of the kitchen, and that’s good enough for some people.

The atmosphere of the restaurant fits quite perfectly. It’s small, interesting lighting, live music and it’s not too loud for across the table conversations.

A certain homecoming group (who will remain unknown) visited Savour for their homecoming dinner. Before going, the group was fortunate enough to find a great deal on Groupon.com. The deal proved to be worth it when their checks came out to $14, which they split, so each couple paid just $7.

Savour is a great time with good friends, and features some fantastic food that leaves diners quite satisfied.
