6 in 6: Christmas before Thanksgiving?

Before Thanksgiving has taken place, the Christmas decorations have hit the stores, lights are going up, and carols are being rehearsed.

In six words, six students answer the question: Should Thanksgiving be given a chance, or is it time to celebrate Christmas?

“Yes, Thanksgiving should have a chance,” senior Alex Miller said.

“Celebrate the pilgrims and Indians first,” sophomore Gracie Berrett said.

“I just really really love turkey,” senior Cam Casey said.

“Why can’t we celebrate both holidays?” junior Shelby Johnson said.

“Yes, we should have Christmas now,” freshman Julia Alexander said.

“No to Christmas, I celebrate Kwanzaa,” senior Michael Burdick said.
