The Lady Leopards had their pre-game meal at Chili’s on Thursday before their loss against Hallsville. One more loss in their three game series, and their season is over, but a win will force another game to determine the winner of the three game series.

Varsity softball faces a do-or-die situation with their first loss of the season to Hallsville Thursday night during the first game of the regional final series. A win Friday at 2 p.m. will keep the season alive, forcing game three to take place Saturday at 6 p.m. at Forney High School, but a loss will put an end to softball’s road to a state title.

While graduation will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, senior softball players will not have to sacrifice any playing time should the team make it to game three of the series, as the game is scheduled for later in the day.
