Students and staff will have the chance to register to vote without leaving the campus, as the Deputy Voter Registrar will be in the commons during lunches on Wednesday to register citizens to vote.

In order to register, a person must be a registered US citizen, a resident of Collin County, and be at least 17 years and 10 months old.

Anyone hoping to register will need their Texas Drivers License or permit number. If they are not drivers, they must have their social security numbers.

The next election is on November 5, and in order to take part, you must be registered by October 7. The fall elections include Texas State Constitutional Amendments and a Local Option for the City of Lucas.
