Students who are interested in becoming a lawyer, curious about the law system, or even acting, may want to check out the mock trial club.

In mock trial a professional lawyer works with students to guide them in a competition against other schools.

The club will meet on September 24 at 7:45 a.m. in the lecture hall.

The competition consists of a simulated court case with a judge with points awarded based on technique rather than winning or losing the trial.  Students can participate as either an attorney or a witness, with positions selected during club meetings that will be held either before or after school.
