Voting now open for Homecoming Court nominations

As October 5 draws near, it’s time again to nominate the Homecoming Court.
High school students will place nominations online this year by following these steps:
- Go to http://www.voting4schools.com/01/index.php
- Search “Lovejoy” and click on the “Lovejoy HS” link when it shows up.
- Enter student ID number for the username, and last name for the password
Once logged in, students will be able to nominate a peer for each of the following categories, depending on their grade level:
Freshmen- Lord and Lady
Sophomores- Duke and Duchess
Juniors- Prince and Princess
Seniors- King and Queen, Mr. and Mrs. Lovejoy Graduate Profile, Mr. and Mrs. Spirited, Mr. and Mrs. Athletics, Mr. and Mrs. Fine Arts
Nominations will be reviewed by Student Council and voting for the actual Court will take place the week before Homecoming by following the same process. Winners will be announced at the Homecoming Pep Rally on Friday, October 4.

The 2013-2014 Cheer Coach, known as Jennifer Lynn Leary has continued to step up their Game as a Squad. This teacher has gone full out for the girl’s and hopefully proceeds the hard work and effort. All three squads have put in their best effort are moving forward with changing their style and reputation as a team. The plan is to benefit not only the cheer squads, but Lovejoy itself.
