If you were to sum Nathan up in one word, it would be methodical. This sophomore has a logical mind, and he likes to think about things in a very straightforward fashion. This might be one of the reasons he finds math interesting and fun to learn about. If he’s stressed, bored or worried, he’ll usually practice math problems to help calm himself down. He’s both excited and worried about his first year on the LNN staff, but he's hopeful that he will have a great time. Some of Nathan’s passions, other than mathematics, include Star Wars, computer science and chess. He can be found in Mr. Cooper's room every Tuesday morning beating Mr. Cooper at chess. Other interesting facts about him include the fact that he has memorized the song “White and Nerdy” by Weird Al Yankovic.
