On Saturday and Sunday, the Leopard hockey team competed in the state hockey tournament. On Saturday, they beat Grapevine Colleyville and Plano West in the qualifying round scoring 14-3 and 9-1 advancing them to the state championship game. The Leopards defeated the Plano West Wolves in a triple-overtime game with a score of 5-4.
