On Tuesday, the Leopard basketball teams played The Colony Cougars in a home district game. The girls’ team won the game with a final score of 40-34 and the boys’ team won the game with a final score of 70-61, keeping the boys’ rank at first in district and eighth in the MaxPreps Poll for 5A. The Leopards will play at Wylie East on Friday.
Junior guard no. 4 Sam Basson attempts a free throw. Basson’s attempt was complete, giving the Leopards a point.
