Photo Gallery: Track competes at state meet

On Friday, six of the track team members consisting of, junior Tate Barr, freshmen Kailey Littlefield, and sophomores Amy Morefield, Bella Landrum, and Chloe Shaeffer, competed at the UIL State track and field meet. The team ran in the 3200 meter races, the 1600 meter races, the 800 meter girls race, and the 4×400 meter girls relay. The meet took place at the Mike A. Myers Stadium in Austin.
Sophomore runner Amy Morefield runs her second of eight laps during the 3200 meter race. Morefield placed seventh, running the race in 11:13.04 minutes.
