City of Lucas to host Country Christmas drive-through
In place of the annual Country Christmas event, the City of Lucas is hosting a Country Christmas drive-through at City Hall from 6 p.m.- 8 p.m today.
“We hope the drive-through event would lift the community’s spirits during this pandemic, and we want to provide something special to the community during the holiday season,” assistant to the city manager Kent Souriyasak said.
This is a no expense experience for the community, which includes holiday decoration displays and Santa along with Christmas characters.
“We hope the Lucas community will stop by this year’s Country Christmas drive-through event to see Santa and his friends at the North Pole along the way to receive a free meal from In-N-Out Burger,” Souriyasak said.
There is no fee for entry, and free meals provided by In-N-Out Burger will be served until they run out. A burger, chips and soft drink are included in these meals.
According to the City of Lucas website, “The City would like to wish a wonderful holiday season to the Lucas community.”
