Interview with players Chaney Roberts and Khloe Litchenburg

The Red Ledger: How are you feeling after the upset of the game last year?

Chaney Roberts: Pretty good.

Khloe Litchenburg: I just want to win.

TRL: Khloe, after your second year of playing, would you consider yourself a pro in the Lovejoy Powderpuff League (LLPL)?

CR: She’s a queen at it.

KL: What can I say.

TRL: Who do you think your biggest competition on the junior team is?

KL: Honestly no one scares us.

CR: [We’re] pretty indestructible, yeah.

TRL: Now that you’ve grown up a little bit since freshman year, do you think you’ll be able to win this game?

KL: Probably not. Our coaches are very unorganized.

CR: Yeah I think we are probably on the losing end, but I think we can definitely pull out something.

KL: I think face paint does a lot.

CR: I think so too.

TRL: How many practices have you had?

KL: None.

CR: Zero.

KL: We have two this weekend, and it’s kind of like if you can come, then come

TRL: So you seem pretty confident, why is that?

CR: Confidence is key!

KL: We’re all studs, we are all kind of beasts we can’t be stopped. We got some magical powers from the seniors last year

TRL: Are you feeling well prepared?

KL: Um we have face paint and glitter, so I feel like we’re good.

CR: Yeah, that’s pretty much key,

KL: It’s the only thing we need,

TRL: Do you think it’s going to be an easy game?

KL: It really just depends on how I’m feeling that morning, and if I’ve had coffee or not.

CR: Quite honestly I think it’s going to be a pretty tough game, but we might come through, but we probably won’t.
