Disappointed: Painted senior parking spots

From Bible verses to memes, many high school parking lots are filled with colorful parking spaces designed by their students. However, this popular tradition is not an option at the school.

Permitting students to paint their parking spots allows for students to express creativity and gives them an exciting senior tradition to anticipate.

While painted parking spots can be costly to clean up each year, this problem can easily be solved by raising the price of parking tags. In the past, this program required students to have a certain GPA by the end of their junior year to participate. This created an incentive for students to strive and receive good grades.

Students should have the luxury of driving into school everyday and witnessing the uniqueness and diversity within each senior class
