Annoyed: Allergies

It’s the time of season where students sit in class with runny noses, itchy eyes, sinus pressure, and repetitive sneezing. Hay fever, or seasonal allergies, is a result of exposure to pollen and other airborne substances. It’s often annoying for those who have allergies, and it’s especially inconvenient for those who have to listen to half the class blow their nose. It sounds like a broken record with 12 people sniffling in harmony. Students also fall behind in their classes as they hurry to complete pounds of makeup work from absences. Take allergy medication, use a tissue, and stay home if needed. Most importantly though, start feeling better.
