On The Spot: Government shutdown

"Personally it hasn’t affected me or people our age. It’s about leaders arguing about something arbitrary, a social construct, borders in general like it’s just a line on the ground. It proves the point about how incompetent our leaders are about getting stuff done."

"I think it’s dumb because Trump is obviously not going to get the wall so I think he should just cut his losses and reopen the government."
