Sitting on a lawn, surrounded by the city, in the brisk autumn air listening to an artist with a triple platinum song isn’t far away when living in the North Texas area. Every Wednesday for the month of October, Southwest Airlines is hosting a concert in Klyde Warren Park. Finishing off the Nonstop Love Concert Series is American Authors, performers of triple platinum song “Best Day of My Life.”

Held on the Southwest Porch from 5:45-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 28, the Nonstop Love Concert series gives audience members a free afternoon show as well as an opportunity to try out the Relish food counter, lounge around on the Southwest porch couches, and battle your friends with some of the free park games. The series has previously hosted performers such as The Plain White Tees, Green River Ordinance, and Nick Fradiani.

American Authors is composed of four Boston native musicians, known for their upbeat indie rock tunes. Their new song, “Go Big or Go Home,” released May 18, 2015, is the band’s spotlight track as it climbs it’s way up the rock charts. Other hit songs include “Best Day of My Life,” “Believer,” and “Trouble” off her namesake album “American Authors.”

Relish, a food counter run by the resident park restaurant, Savor, is offering Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards® Credit Cardmembers a complimentary beverage when they show their credit card. Guests can buy drinks and food at the Relish counter, but admission to the concert itself is free.
