Campus joins the Space Team

A new mobile app is taking the school to new heights. Space Team is taking classes by storm with its mix of fast paced action and dry humor.
“I think it (Space Team) has become so popular because its a game that you can do with your friends that is fun and fast to play,” freshman Connor Redding said.
A free 2-4 player app, Space Team requires strong teamwork and communication skills, as players must give each other orders to progress through the games many, increasingly difficult, stages. As each stage progress, the time to complete the given tasks speeds up, creating a very fast paced environment.
“It’s surprisingly a fun game,” freshman Courtney Reid said. “You wouldn’t think something so simple would be so engaging. It’s great and it’s a good excuse to yell at your friends.”
Games of Space Team often become loud and frantic causing some students to think this fun app could become a real disruption if used in the wrong setting.
“It could be a distraction if you play it when the teacher is teaching,” freshman Sarah Dunham said. “It is a game for playing outside of the classroom.”
