Leopard swimming and diving moves on to Regionals

Swimmers move on to regionals after their last competition this weekend.

The District 11 4A Swimming and Diving Championship was a huge success for the Leopards this past weekend.
“The girls finished 2nd and the boys were 4th in what is widely considered the best 4A district in the state,” head coach Greg Fisher said.
Listed below are the swimmers who have qualified for Regionals and the events they will be swimming.
GIRLS
Emma Ream- 50 yard freestyle, 100 yard butterfly
Monique Pages- 200 yard individual medley, 100 yard breaststroke
Madison Campbell- 200 yard freestyle
Rachel Vaughn- 200 yard individual medley
Angela Tang- 100 yard freestyle
Glynn Gallaway- 500 yard freestyle
Chloe Pelkowski- 100 yard breaststroke
BOYS
Drew Carson- 100 yard butterfly, 200 yard freestyle
Colby Knight- 100 yard backstroke
Hunter Miller- 200 yard freestyle
Blake Kohl- 1 meter diving
In addition, all six relays qualified for regionals.
Regionals will be held February 6, 7, and 8 in Frisco.
