New addition planned for Fairview
Located across from the sand volleyball courts at The Village of Fairview, this empty lot is slated to be the home of a new Residence Inn. Construction is scheduled to begin in December 2015.

Plans for a new hotel to be built in Fairview have been approved by the Fairview town council. The hotel is to be a Residence Inn and will be located across from the sand volleyball courts.
“The hotel will bring over 20,000 visitors to our town,” Fairview economic development manager Ray Dunlap said. “The hotel will absolutely be good for Fairview’s economy.”
The hotel will be the first hotel in Fairview and may bring competition to the neighboring Courtyard Marriott across Stacy in the Villages of Allen.
Construction on the hotel is set to begin in December of 2015.
