Senior pitches perfect game

The baseball team is off to a hot start in the playoffs behind the effort of Senior Joey Gammon who threw the first perfect game in Lovejoy baseball history. Gammon only had to pitch five innings due to a mercy rule with the Leopards leading 18-0 by the end of the fifth inning. The team still needs to win one more game to move on the next round of the playoffs. Game 2 is tonight at 7:30 at the Colony High School.
