Voters all around the country are currently discussing and debating these two very different stances on the economy presented by the candidates. As the time to vote is quickly approaching, it is important for voters to learn about the candidates and determine factors towards the direction they are voting.
Insight into galactic collisions: Recently, the well known Webb Space telescope that has been flying in space since its launch in 2021 has equipped Nasa scientists with new insight to galactic collisions. The purpose of this camera was to study all present and past phases in space. This telescope has just recently made advancements by capturing the interaction of an Elliptical galaxy and a Spiral Galaxy. Although this has been viewed before in 2005, this telescope allows the sight to be viewed with higher quality and resolution. The information gathered, “highlights the stars within both galaxies and reveals the connection between them.” The connection is shown as a bridge of stars and gas extracted from both galaxies. This use of higher technology has also represented star and dust regions, as well as a “supermassive black hole.”
Significance: The recent use of this telescope has provided scientists and researchers with higher quality information and more advanced images of what is happening in space. This telescope is a great example of the effort and work engineers have put in to lend help to those questioning space and the phases that it has undergone.
