Kynan Lawrence (Sharpay)
Junior Kynan Lawrence, playing Sharpay Evans, describes how the Theater staff helps the cast prepare. “Ms. Brewster, Ms. Kozi, and Ms. D’Souza have all been so helpful to every member of the cast. [They make] sure we feel confident, and [help] out in any areas that feel shaky.” Lawrence also explains why Sharpay is a fun role for her, saying, “I think she’s the perfect type of ‘bad guy’ to play. She’s not completely awful but isn’t afraid to fight for what she wants.”
