The Red Ledger: Why did you want to be a part of the drumline? 

Gavin Goodrich: I thought the drumline would be fun, and I’m loud and my friends are loud so we all wanted to lead the stands this year.

TRL: What type of energy are you going to bring to the games?

GG: We’re bringing the best energy we can every game.

TRL: What skills will you bring to the drumline?

GG: The skills I’m bringing are some flips and getting loud.

TRL: How did you get chosen to be on it?

GG: I got chosen by Triton and Sam because Triton was on it [the drumline] last year.

TRL: What’s the best part about being on the drumline?

GG: The best part is getting to lead the stands.

TRL: What’s the purpose of the dirty drumline?

GG: The purpose is to get the stands loud and get them into the game to cheer on the team.
