Featured songs on the playlist include “Legacy” by Offset and “Mr. Brightside” by the Killers.

What is Prom without music? Whether you are getting ready, in the car, at the dance or at an afterparty, this playlist will provide the perfect tunes for every part of your Saturday night at the Perot.

“Trap” by SAINt JHN: This song is the perfect hype song for the car ride to or from prom. It features Lil baby who is an up and coming artist. This is SAINt JHN’s first big hit, and it seems like almost everyone has this song on their playlists.

“Legacy” by Offset: In Offset’s most popular album he did solo, Father of 4, he dropped the song Legacy featuring two huge modern artists 21 Savage and Travis Scott, who recently took the top charts with his album Astroworld. This song is good for pumping up your prom group in anticipation of the dance.

“Mr. Brightside” by The Killers: A throwback, The Killers’ Mr. Brightside is always a good song to play with a group. Because it has been a popular song for roughly 16 years, everybody knows the words. This isn’t a modern day rap song to get you hyped up, but it does the job just as good.

“Fast” by Juice WRLD: Juice WRLD is a relatively new popular artist. Formerly known has Juice TheKid, Juice WRLD blew up with his first label album titled “Goodbye and Good Riddance.” In his new album, “Death Race For Love,” Juice dropped thus song “Fast.” Fast is a good song for when chilling later in the night after the dance.

“Cross Me” by YoungBoy: This song features popular artist Lil Baby and Plies. This song is apart of YoungBoy’s most recent album titled “Realer.” This song is perfect for the after-party at prom due to its fast-paced beat.
