On The Spot: Favorite moments from the first semester
Bruce Coachman
Not because they were singing to me, but I love when our A Cappella choir sings “Happy Birthday” to our staff. It’s uplifting and it’s beautiful, and they are very talented and they work hard.
Freshman Hope Ledebur
I liked the Mr. Lovejoy. It was very entertaining, and it was fun to see a different side of everybody, and to the see the upperclassmen.
Freshman James Finch
Whenever I made Junior Varsity Soccer. It was just a huge accomplishment.
Freshman Grace McLaughlin
My favorite moment was getting a 100 on my Biology test, because I wasn’t expecting to get that.
Sophomore Mason Hutchins
My favorite moment of the first semester was when Benjamin Nopper started the “Retest to an 85” chant, and that’s because Ben Nopper is a legend.
Junior Samuel Phillips
The last final exam I will take. Because I’ll be done with everything and I won’t have to worry about anything and all my stresses will be gone.
Junior Adelyn Maruca
My resolution is to do more theater shows and expand my resume.
Senior Luke Howell
As you know, I was a part of the Dirty Drum Line. So, there was a game against North Forney we weren’t supposed to win, and we won. It was a close game up until the 4th quarter, and we pulled it out.
Senior Parker Johnson
Driving out to Sulfur Springs to watch our football team win. The road trip was a ton of fun with a lot of my friends, and we got to see the football team advance to the next round of the playoffs.
Junior Christian Kwon
Definitely meeting Jose. I just love Jose, he’s such a nice guy and a great friend.
Teresa Dodson
When Cole Kiefer won musical chairs and he threw the chair up in the air and the football team swarmed him, and when Ray Cooper was walking around the cafeteria as a zombie.
