Dinner is the ultimate kick off to an amazing night at prom. As the big day gets closer and reservations are harder to find, students are in a frantic panic to find the perfect place. Well fret no further. Here’s a quick guide to prom dinner. Whether you are a classy couple or a quirky group, find a restaurant that will make prom a memorable night.
Restaurants Close By:
Gloria’s– A sleek and laidback atmosphere comes close by home. Gloria’s in The Villages of Fairview entertains a social and vibrant environment with great food. With it’s attractive design and comfortable outdoor patio, Gloria’s is a great choice for something different and close.
Patrizio’s– Known for its elegant style, Patrizio’s is ideal for prom groups. With space to accommodate large parties and still maintain their classy aura, Patrizio’s is a prime place for groups to chat and dine before the party begins.
The Cheesecake Factory– Cheesecake. A prominent landmark in the serene environment at Watter’s Creek, The Cheesecake Factory has fantastic food with a great view of the water (a perfect place for pre-dinner prom pics). The Cheesecake Factory is energetic and often busy with the hustle and bustle of the dinner rush, so make reservations early.
Class on a Budget:
Maggiano’s– Maggiano’s is a charming restaurant with a romantic mood. Maggiano’s gives you an expensive and classy essence while going easier on the budget than many other high end restaurants.
Seasons 52– Along the same lines as Maggiano’s, Seasons 52 is a stylish restaurant with more of an exciting atmosphere. It’s a little more relaxed and much less uptight than other restaurants, but still has a delicate class to it.
A Little More Creative:
La Duni– Located in The Villages of Fairview La Duni is the perfect place to take a laid back coffee lover before prom. Not your typical prom dinner, but certainly a great restaurant for two to kick back and chill out before a crazy, long night of partying.
Nick & Sam’s Uptown Steakhouse– Much better for larger groups, Nick & Sam’s Uptown Steakhouse is known for it’s fabulous cuisine and incredibly unique and dim light dining area. Everything is served with the utmost elegance. It may be a little harsh on the budget, but Nick & Sam’s will be sure to treat your girl like a princess.
Campisi’s– Low key and creative couples should definitely check this place out. Campisi’s is the classiest pizza place in all of Dallas. Yup, that’s right, pizza on prom night! With a gorgeous, outdoor lit terrace, Campisi’s not only serves you great, lazy food, but sets the mood for a fantastic night.
The Palm– A little off the map as far as prom dinner goes, The Palm is an incredibly quirky and super laid back restaurant in Dallas. Famous for their crazy caricature art adorning the walls, The Palm is as far fetched as you can go for prom dinner, but will guarantee light hearted laughs before the end of the meal.

Aurora? Really?! It’s Watter’s Creek, not Water’s Creek. It’s Patrizio’s not Patrizios.
