Senior wrestler achieves goal

A season that started months ago for the Leopard wrestling team is officially over with the completion of the State Meet in Garland. Senior Camden Droge was the Leopards lone representative.

Although wrestling is technically a team sport, when it comes to the post-season, it’s usually more about the individual. For the Leopards, senior Camden Droge was the only wrestler to qualify to for state allowing him to achieve his goal. The Red Ledger’s Austin Mitchell caught up with Droge to get his thoughts on the state tournament Feb. 14-15 in Garland.
