Weather may disrupt SAT testing
December 5, 2013
Students planning on taking the SAT test at the school this Saturday may or may not actually take it due to possible winter weather moving in. Whether or not the test will be taken on Saturday will be determined in the same way the administration decides on if school will be cancelled due to bad weather.
“Regardless of what the activity is even SAT tests or ACT or any other thing that the school has scheduled will follow the district’s closure policy,” assistant principal Bruce Coachman said. “If the school closes like it normally would we won’t have the SAT. If school would be in, we will hold the SAT. Students that have signed up for the SAT or ACT then can go online with The College Board and, since they paid for it and they registered, they can get another date.”
