Students will have the chance to visit with more than one hundred colleges without having to leave campus as the college fair will be on Wednesday from 1 to 3 p.m. in the main gym.

“We will have anywhere from 130 to 140 colleges and universities to talk with Lovejoy students about their futures, about the different programs each school offers, any scholarship opportunities, out of state tuition benefits, different programs that can help Lovejoy students take the next step,” college and career counselor Randy Trevino said. “Lovejoy ISD prides itself on being more of a college-preparatory type school district, and this college fair helps accomplish the goal of the district by bringing in all these schools. Lovejoy students all the way down from seniors to freshmen are going to have a great opportunity to discuss their futures with college reps that represent our school. We’re very proud to have them here.”

Students will visit the fair according to grade level with juniors and seniors each getting an hour and freshman and sophomores getting 30 minutes.
