Bouncing back from a 15-4 loss to 5A Allen High School, the Leopard tennis team defeated ninth ranked 4A Frisco High School, 11-8, without key members. The girls’ best player, freshmen Anna Dickens, has been unable to compete due to an injury and junior Oliver Brewer is currently in Costa Rica.

The depth of both the girls and boys teams allowed the Leopards to fill the singles and doubles holes these players left Tuesday night.

The next match is at Frisco Wakeland on Friday but the team will be shorthanded again, as Dickens and Brewer will not return to the line-up.
