Staff – The Red Ledger

Sophomore Ryan Wang looks like the kind of high schooler that would spend hours working on homework and math problems after school, but that is far from true. Not only is he on the varsity Speech and Debate Team and currently starting his own business, he also has to put aside time for video games and for a part-time job as his cat’s companion. This year, he became a staff writer for The Red Ledger, which very fortunately, according to his parents, takes up the remaining of his video game time. During the week he is very busy, and he spends only Sunday afternoons to hang out with his friends, a time which he cherishes. His hobbies include soccer and ice skating (not figure skating), as well as listening to loud music. You may occasionally find him complaining about the weather in Texas. As a kid from Canada, he has still not adapted to the blistering heat of Dallas and will forever prefer the freezing blizzards far up North.
